Craig Ogilvie has taken charge of Harrogate Railway after the resignation of Brian Davey.
UEFA B Licenced coach Ogilvie, who was previously the boss of Yorkshire Amateur’s under 21s, was one of Davey’s assistants. The new Railway manager has also assisted Graham Hodder at Glasshoughton Welfare.
He has been regularly talked about as one of the most highly-rated young coaches on the Non League scene in West Yorkshire.

Railway have paid tribute to Davey in a statement. It said: “His remit was to stabilise and rebuild the football section of the club after escaping relegation from the NCEL Premier last season. He has done that with great effect bringing in some quality back room coaches, adopting an u23 side and putting in place a structure that will promote quality youth football for the future.”
Railway host Penistone Church tomorrow. Railway lost 6-0 at Penistone on Wednesday night.
