Pontefract Collieries have snapped up striker Nick Guest following his recent departure from AFC Mansfield.
Guest, once the prodigal son of Hemsworth Miners Welfare with whom he enjoyed three spells with, left Mansfield last week.
The striker is best known for his prolific spell with the Wells. He scored some memorable goals during his time there under Wayne Benn, including a header in the Easter massacre of AFC Emley and two goals deep into injury-time against Grimsby Borough which earned the Wells an incredible 3-2 win.
He has also played for Farsley Celtic, Ossett Town and Goole AFC in the Evo Stik.
