A host of ex-Ossett Albion players are going to be playing for Emley AFC in the North West Counties this season.
Prolific striker James Eyles, who finished last season at his local club Nostell Miners Welfare, is the stand-out name on the list. Eyles has a fantastic track record of scoring goals from spells with Nostell, Shaw Lane and Ossett Town.
Also arriving at the Welfare Ground are centre-backs Andy McManus and Dominic Riordan. Both are vastly-experienced. Riordan is of course the former Albion chairman/player.
The final two are defender Declan Dawson and midfielder Ben Walker.
All five were main-stays at Albion during the reign of new Emley joint manager Richard Tracey. Tracey became Emley’s manager alongside Mark Wilson in May.
