Andy Cooper and Luke Harrop have signed for Knaresborough Town after ending their long stints with Eccleshill United.
The pair were major parts of Eccleshill’s engine ever since arriving in the summer of 2015. Former Farsley Celtic man Cooper pulled the strings in midfield, while Harrop delivered the bulk of the assists and goals.
Both were at the heart of Eccleshill’s promotion to the Toolstation NCEL Premier Division last year.
Nearly all of Paul Stansfield’s side who cantered Knaresborough to the Division One title and secured a ninth-place finish in the Premier Division remain at Manse Lane.
