Stocksbridge Park Steels remain unbeaten in the BetVictor South East after Luke Mangham held his nerve again to score a late penalty in the 2-2 draw at Glossop North End.

Young defender Reece Fielding’s powerful header gave Chris Hilton’s much-changed side a dream start in the sixth minute.

The match was turned on its head by generous refereeing as two penalties from former Shaw Lane striker Jack Tuohy put Glossop on course for victory.

Fortunately Stocksbridge were awarded their own spot kick and Mangham stepped up to score.

Frickley Athletic were just eight minutes away from their first win of the season when disaster struck.

Jake Currie had given Frickley a first half lead against his old side Worksop Town. The three points were in sight until Lynton Karkach and Matt Reay scored for Worksop.

Five first half goals saw Tadcaster Albion storm to a 5-0 hammering of local rivals Pickering Town in the North West Division.

Donald Chimalilo, Karl Rogerson, Jonathon Margetts (2) and Josh Barrett scored.
