Worsbrough Bridge manager Lee Morris has called in another favour from his former Frickley Athletic team-mate Chris Hilton.
Morris borrowed Danny Palmer from Stocksbridge Park Steels and he has been a great success.
Although his side’s defending has been a concern for Morris, the Worsbrough boss has gone for an attacking midfielder in Zak Walker.
The youngster has been around the Stocksbridge first team this season and was on the bench in the FA Cup defeat to Irlam.
Walker was previously with the youth team at Chesterfield.
Hilton, one of Frickley’s greatest players, played with Morris for many years at Westfield Lane and Morris said: ” I am pleased to get Zak into the club. He’s an exciting talent that can play wide or in the 10 role & scores goals & will add to our attacking options. Thanks to Chris Hilton for agreeing the signing.”
