Selby Town will mark 100 years since their first ever match when Hall Road Rangers visit the Fairfax Plant Hire Stadium.
Selby’s first ever game took place on 20th September, 1919, and was an 8-0 defeat Rowntrees at their Haxby Road ground.
It is going to be a special day and the club are hoping to have a carnival atmosphere inside the ground.
Because of Christian Fox’s side swash-buckling style of play, crowds have gone up and up since his appointment, it is hoped Saturday will be the best one yet.
