Local lad and very experienced defender Sam Denton has joined Garforth Town to become Paul Marshall’s first signing.
Denton, who arrives from Albion Sports lives close to Garforth’s ground, but has never played for them.
The powerful centre-back previously played for Marshall at Pickering Town.
The former Guiseley and North Ferriby defender is perhaps best known for captaining Shaw Lane to the Toolstation NCEL Premier Division in 2015.
