Selby Town and Bridlington Town’s Wembley dreams have been put on hold…until next week.
With record levels of rainfall hitting Selby over a sustained period, the club’s pitch remains waterlogged so the second round clash was postponed again on Tuesday night.
The tie has been rearranged for next Tuesday and it is sure to be the most-anticipated midweek game at Selby since the FA Cup replay with Kendal Town last year which was watched by almost 400 people.
