Star striker Liam Flanagan is the first player to commit to Christian Fox’s Selby Town.
Flanagan first signed for the Robins in 2016 and he reached over 100 goals for Selby during ‘The Season The FA Forgot’.
His loyalty to Selby is unquestionable given the length of service and that is underlined the fact he turned down offers from elsewhere to help Selby attempt to finally reach their holy grail when football returns.
The week has gone well for Selby so far as the club have also announced that the clubhouse is turning into a Sports Bar.
The renovations have potential to expand the increasing footfall at the Fairfax Plant Hire Stadium as the ground is situated in a key logistical point in the Town.
