Liversedge’s Joe Gaughan has won Non League Yorkshire’s September Player of the Month vote.
Almost 900 votes were cast and Gaughan came out of on top ahead second-placed Reggie Waud, the Goole striker and third-placed Graham Hall, the Campion captain. Hemsworth’s pocket battleship Jack Wilson finished fourth.
Gaughan had an exceptional September for Super ‘Sedge, scoring six times in the competitive fixtures.
