Golcar United 0-2 Steeton
Kayle Price and Jake Townsend fired Steeton to an impressive win at promotion-hopefuls Golcar United.
The 14th minute opener laid the foundations for a terrific victory for Roy Mason’s side.
Mo Farhan Suhani rattled the post with a curling effort and striker Price raced in to fire the ball into the roof of the net.
Steeton’s goalkeeper Jordan Moorhouse deserves huge credit for his role in the victory as made a series of terrific saves.
Golcar had a goal disallowed in the early part of the second half before Steeton grabbed their second goal on the hour.
Price was involved heavily as from a Steeton counter attack he left a defender for dead before crossing for Townsend to score.
