Emley defender Wayne Hughes has bolstered Glasshoughton Welfare’s defence.
The move reunites him with Conor Glavin and is a major boost to Glasshoughton and he enjoyed a dream debut with a goal in their win at Dronfield Town – their first victory of the campaign.
Hughes previously played for Penistone Church before joining Emley around 2017.
However, he has struggled to break into Richard Tracey’s side recently and he has actually played three times for West Yorkshire League giants Carlton Athletic alongside former Emley captain Josh Ingham.
