Worsbrough Bridge put defender Jack Cawthorn on their books ahead of the trip to Winterton Rangers.
The Barnsley-born centre-half was previously a member of York City’s youth team and he signed for Pontefract Collieries in the summer.
The move to Worsbrough should allow him to play regularly and gain experience of the Non League game.
Cawthorn is the latest new signing at Worsbrough whose side has drastically changed under the new manager Luke Forgione.
Forgione has so far won one, drawn one and lost two of his four games at the helm.
