Ex-Harrogate Town under 23s striker James Richardson has joined Nostell Miners Welfare.
Nostell chief Ian Walker has had his eye on him since he scored a couple of goals against his new club for Town’s 23s last season.
The striker adds more competition to Nostell’s attack line which already includes Amir Berchill, Joe Wood, Nathan Hawkhead, Ash Austin, Nathan Kemp and a few others.
He could make his Nostell first team debut when Walker’s men travel to Retford FC on Saturday.
Richardson who played across all youth levels for Town is another product of their highly-successful academy which is continually churning out good Non League footballers.
You only have to look at Harrogate Railway where several Town youngsters are thriving – most notably striker Joe Crosby.
