Ten man Eccleshill United pulled off an incredible 3-2 victory at local rivals Silsden which saw defender Allan Greenwood having to play in goal for almost the entire second half.
There was parity at half-time as Silsden centre-half Shaun Airey had headed home a corner to cancel out Luke Aldrich’s opener.
The game appeared to swing in Silsden’s favour straight after the break.
Eccleshill goalkeeper Brad Emmerson saw red for hauling down legendary Garforth Town striker Mark Simpson.
Greenwood took over as goalkeeper and he’s no stranger to goalkeeping heroics as he had to play between the sticks for 90 minutes during the recent win over Hemsworth Miners Welfare.
Eccleshill survived the resulting free kick as Khurram Shazad hit the post and then incredibly raced into a 3-1 lead.
Talent Ndlovu accidentally scored with a cross and Kelvin Bleau netted the third.
Simpson’s late goal set up a nervy finale, but the points went back to Eccleshill.
Leaders Yorkshire Amateur blew hosts Barton Town away in a dominant 5-0 victory.
Roy Fogarty placed the Ammers ahead before half-time, but it wasn’t until the second half where the East Leeds-based side really tore into Barton.
Casey Stewart scored the second before Adam Priestley, Matt Dempsey and Fernando Moke completed the rout.
