Former Shelley, Emley and Brighouse Town striker Craig Billington has signed for Silsden.
Billington fills one of the two voids left by Khurram Shazad and Leon Hurles Brook who both departed to new clubs during the November lockdown.
The forward has also been previously on the books of Liversedge.
“We’ve just signed Craig Billington who we have liked for a while,” Forrest told Non League Yorkshire.
“He’s a goal-scorer, he works hard and has a great attitude and work ethic.
“He comes in and helps us in that final third.
“I don’t want to give too much away but there is a couple of other irons in the fire.”
Billington joins in time for the two Toolstation NCEL Premier Division festive fixtures.
Silsden visit Goole AFC on Saturday for the season restart before bizarrely travelling miles and miles to play AFC Mansfield on Boxing Day.
