Lowest Moment in Football

Too many to pick from but got to choose losing a final as under 16s which would be my last match ever with some of my best mates.

Winning 2-1 away at Selby (in September 2016) when our Connor scored a screamer from 35 yards.

Flood light failure at Worsbrough Bridge last season when Hallam were winning 4-0, leading me to play (the Kanye West song) All of the Lights and watch all the Hallam players go off on one! Also, playing majority of the game at Eccleshill in net after Aiden Tyas was sent off which led to me conceding five absolute screamers, with our Connor and Jack laughing their socks off at me

Win the County Senior League with the mighty Dodworth. I’ve enjoyed the overall Saturday experience at Dodworth Tappers bar after a match. Some stories which can’t be documented!

Sharing the field with such legends of Dodworth in Aaron Brotherton, the Barlow brothers and Craig Allen has been a privilege. Playing under the cunning mind of Darren Young who shares his great stories of playing in New Zealand and Ireland has really inspired me.

Favourite Non League Ground

I enjoyed playing at Winterton as the pitch is one of the best I’ve ever played on along with Eccleshill.
