Brighouse Town have revealed plans for a 12 team tournament in April and May, subject to spectators being allowed to attend.
Brighouse, Golcar United, Emley AFC, Ossett United, Penistone Church, Thackley AFC, Steeton, Silsden, Liversedge, Garforth Town, Campion and Eccleshill United are the clubs listed as the ones taking part.
The tournament has been pencilled in to run from the 13th April to the 29th May.
However, it is still a big maybe as it is extremely unclear whether the government will relax restrictions far enough so fans can flock to the games.
The NCEL were considering holding a League Cup competition, but they ruled that out due to uncertainty over spectators.
At Step 7 it is believed the Sheffield & Hallamshire County Senior League are aiming to run a cup competition.
