Promotion-winner Andy Cooper has been lured back to Lee Elam’s Eccleshill United.
Midfielder and former captain Cooper was a member of Sean Regan’s Toolstation NCEL Division One play-off final winning side of 2018.
He first joined the club in 2015 and was a popular figure before departing in 2019 to join Knaresborough Town.
Cooper played for Albion Sports during the aborted 2020/21 campaign.
Cooper has been around the NCEL for a long time having played for Brighton manager Graham Potter during Leeds Carnegie’s stint in the NCEL.
He also won the NCEL Premier Division with his local side Farsley Celtic in 2011.
