First team coach Ryan Laight is able to fully commit to Stocksbridge Park Steels this season.
The former defender returned to Bracken Moor last year, but only on a semi-regular basis.
Now he is able to be alongside Chris Hilton and assistant manager Lee Thompson in the Stocksbridge dugout every week.
Laight was previously Hilton’s assistant between 2015 and 2018 until work commitments with Sheffield United caused his departure.
Hilton said: “It is brilliant news.
“Ryan is an A-Licence coach and I’ve always enjoyed working with him.
“Alongside his first team coach role he is going to be helping with the development of the young players coming through the youth system at the club.”
