Swallownest celebrate winning the Chris Lill Memorial Trophy

Swallownest scored three times in 12 second half minutes to come from behind to beat Maltby Main and win the Chris Lill Memorial Trophy.

Joe Austin and Alex Hardwick put Maltby in full control and Louis Axcell’s men were by two goals until the 68th minute.

Oliver Grady inspired the comeback with his goal and ex-Handsworth pair James Woodhouse and Callum Greaves won it for Alex Nightingale’s Swallownest.

Worsbrough Bridge with the NHS Cup

Worsbrough Bridge won the NHS Cup after beating local rivals Athersley Rec 6-1 at Sheerian Park.

Worsbrough scored four times in the final ten minutes to seal their victory in a game which raised £1000 for the NHS.

A last gasp penalty stole a 4-3 win for Sherwood Colliery at Hall Road Rangers.
