Adam Baskerville is back with Armthorpe Welfare

Star striker Adam Baskerville has made a quick return to Armthorpe Welfare from Hallam.

Baskerville is back in time to be included in the squad to face Nostell Miners Welfare – ironically the side he made his one and only competitive appearance for Hallam against in last week’s season opener.

Baskerville scored 21 in 44 appearances during his time with Armthorpe so he is a welcome ‘addition’.

He adds proven firepower to a front-line already containing and former Worsbrough Bridge pair Matty Hughes, Tom Foltyn-Brown, James Bytheway, Jack Mawson and Liam Owen.

Armthorpe manager Lee Morris is hoping his side can build on the opening day victory at Teversal by putting Ian Walker’s Nostell to the sword in the club’s first home game of the campaign.
