New Maltby Main striker Reggie Waud

Maltby Main added five players to their squad, including ex-Hall Road Rangers frontman Reggie Waud, prior to the FA Cup extra-preliminary round victory at Barton Town.

Waud, who has been trialling with Rotherham United this summer, played in pre-season for Maltby and notably scored the winner against Stocksbridge Park Steels.

He has a growing reputation from his goal spurts at Hall Road and Goole AFC.

Stocksbridge boss Chris Hilton has allowed striker Thomas Whiting to dual-register.

Whiting, whose football background contains an impressive goals record in local football, scored the opener against Barton.

Fast attacker Aidan Nagi is back after an eight game stint last season which saw Maltby win seven and draw one.

Former AFC Mansfield midfielder Morgan James is the fourth man.

The final signing is 16-year-old Rhys Plater who was with Scarborough during pre season and has played locally for Yorkshire Main.
