Mix of home and away ties for Yorkshire sides in FA Cup

The FA Cup

There is a mix of home and away ties for our Yorkshire sides in the FA Cup first qualifying round.

Eccleshill United, Handsworth, Maltby Main and Scarborough Athletic are the teams who face home draws.

Eccleshill United will host Prescot Cables if they see off Charnock Richard in their Preliminary Round replay.

Handsworth’s reward for defeating local rivals Stocksbridge Park Steels is a home battle with Coventry United at Olivers Mount.

If Louis Axcell’s Maltby Main win at Carlton Town in midweek, they have a tie with Stratford Town to look forward to.

Scarborough will welcome Witton Albion.

Bridlington Town have one of the toughest away draws as Brett Agnew’s men have to visit NPL Premier Division outfit Atherton Collieries.

Liversedge will travel to either Avro or Runcorn Linnets.

Pontefract Collieries have a trip to high-flying Barnoldswick Town.
