Former Harrogate Town and Alfreton Town midfielder Laurie Wilson has joined Ecclesfield Red Rose 1915.
The signing is confirmed just days before Ecclesfield kick off the Premier Division campaign against Stocksbridge Park Steels Reserves.
Wilson, the son of Barnsley legendary player and manager Danny, won the National North title with Alfreton back in 2011 under Nicky Law.
He has played for a host of other top Non League clubs including Frickley Athletic, Matlock Town, Belper Town and Gainsborough Trinity.
His most recent home was Dronfield Town.
He is a great signing for Ecclesfield who have a mix of young and experienced players.
