Free-scoring Hallam have signed Golcar United’s legendary NCEL striker Ash Flynn on dual-registration terms.
There’s no word on how often he will play for Hallam – either regularly or on now and then basis.
Even either way, Flynn is a further goal machine to add to Hallam’s side which has scored 34 times in their last six league fixtures.
Craig Denton said: “I’m absolutely delighted Ash has agreed to join Hallam on a dual registration.
“Ash doesn’t need any sort of introduction.
“I’ve tried to recruit Ash many of times and I’m pleased he’s signed papers.”
For those who have not watched Non League Football for the last ten years, former Yorkshire Amateur striker Flynn has regularly scored tons of goals each season since 2015 – most notably 73 for Emley during the 2015/16.
He has set off the season for Golcar like an express train, scoring most of the goals to help Golcar head up the North West Counties League First Division North table.
With Golcar not in action on Wednesday night, Flynn could make his debut for Hallam at Parkgate.
