Unstoppable Liversedge brutally put Jonathan Greening’s higher league Scarborough Athletic to the sword in a 4-0 demolition at Clayborn in the third qualifying round tie.
‘Sedge showed no mercy from the moment captain Jack Stockdill struck with a strike from inside the penalty area in the 11th minute.
‘Sedge goalkeeper Jon Stewart did play his part in the first half by making two solid saves.
Liversedge forward Nicky Walker hit the post.

Ben Atkinson added the third with 15 minutes to go after Joe Walton teed him up.
Walker provided the icing on the cake with an effort from outside the penalty area.
A late rally was not enough for Pickering Town in the 4-2 defeat at North East giants Morpeth Town.
Pickering were trailing 3-0 with 15 minutes to go when Ben Clappison’s double set up a frantic finale.
Unfortunately no dramatic equaliser came and former Harrogate Town winger Wayne Phillips put the game beyond Pickering.
Frickley Athletic unable to pull off what Dave Frecklington would have called a “massive upset”.
They went down 3-1 at higher league Radcliffe FC.
Piteu Crouz scored for Frickley.
Gibraltar International Adam Priestley pulled Yorkshire Amateur level at Stalybridge Celtic in the second half.
However, the Leeds-based side lost 4-1 in the end.
Bridlington Town were hammered 7-0 by very strong Marske United at Queensgate.
Former York City striker Adam Boyes scored four times for Marske.
