Three goals in 14 first half minutes earned Albion Sports a 3-0 win at Clipstone in the second round tie.
Jaydan Sandhu, Jamal Stewart and Camen Bhandal found the net.
Garforth Town upped the ante on Nostell Miners Welfare in the second half to record a 5-1 win.
The Miners were winning 1-0 at the interval through Joe Colley and goals in quick succession from Aaron Pilkington and Has Gorji took the game away from Nostell.
Although Anees Younis pulled one back, Kevin Terhaerdt restored the three goal lead.
Colley added another one late-on.
Mitch Dunne’s winner earned Handsworth a 2-1 win at Swallownest.
His goal was the difference after young Jack Appleyard had cancelled out Kane Reece’s opener for Handsworth.
Player/manager Nathan Jarman rolled back the years by scoring the winning goal for Barton Town in the 1-0 defeat of Silsden.
Jarman struck in the 75th minute.
Goals from Josh Yearman and red hot Myron Gibbons earned Rossington Main a 2-1 win at Harrogate Railway.
Kieran Greenway gave Railway late hope.
Hall Road Rangers were cruelly beaten 5-4 on penalties by Premier Division leaders Grimsby Borough after a herculean effort.
Hall Road were winning 3-0 after 25 minutes thanks to Reece Moody, Bailey Smith and Dave Harrison.
However, Grimsby pulled two goals back either side of half-time through Thomas Hipwell and Adam Drury.
A last minute spot kick from Lewis Collins levelled it a 3-3 to take the tie to penalties.
Goole AFC also suffered the same double-whammy in their 4-3 shootout defeat to AFC Mansfield.
Trailing to a second half goals, Goole turned the situation around with two quick-fire goals as the last ten minutes approached.
Predatory goal-scorer Josh Dacre hit the equaliser before young Dylan Collington scored.
Unfortunately Mansfield rescued themselves in the final minute.
Emley were beaten by the same score in the penalty shootout with Winterton Rangers after a goal-less draw.
Eccleshill United were undone by a late goal in the 2-1 defeat to Sherwood Colliery.
Zackary Sangster continued his good run of form with Eccleshill’s goal.
In the North West Counties League First Division North, Ilkley Town drew with Atherton LR at home.
