Toolstation NCEL Division One
Hallam manager Craig Denton has been reunited with another of his Worksop Town title-winners.
Forward Craig Mitchell is back working under Denton having left Rainworth Miners Welfare to link up with promotion-chasing Hallam.
Mitchell was a member of Denton’s unforgettable double-winning Worksop side which won the Premier Division title and the League Cup in 2019.
He is best remembered for scoring the opening goal in the huge win over second-placed Penistone Church in front of a record-breaking crowd of 1,628 in March 2019.
Mitchell is also reunited with several ex-Tigers, including Danny Patterson, Steve Woolley and Steve Wankiewicz.
Departing Hallam is Josh Scully who has gone to Clay Cross Town.
Hallam are next in action on Saturday when they head to Rossington Main.
