Nostell Miners Welfare have signed four new players, including Armthorpe Welfare’s exciting winger Matty Hughes.
The former Hemsworth Miners Welfare player is the stand-out name and arrives ahead of the clash with Teversal at Crofton Community Centre this afternoon.
Ironically he also made his competitive debut for Armthorpe against Teversal earlier in the season.
Central defender George Proctor, whose brother Alfie is also at the club, is due to make his debut as well.
He was once on Barnsley’s books and he also played in America.
One of Ian Walker’s old under 19s is back.
Jake Dickinson returns to Nostell after spells with Athersley Rec and Wakefield AFC.
The final signing is goalkeeper Aidan Smith who joins his fourth club of the campaign.
Smith started it with FC Humber United and in recent weeks he has been on Selby Town and Worsbrough Bridge’s books.
