Premier Division
Headline grabber Jack Moore scored twice as Penistone Church Reserves won 4-1 at local rivals Houghton Main to go top of the table.
With Swinton Athletic not playing, Penistone grasped the opportunity to climb to the summit and Chris Drew and Jack Roberts also netted.
Matthew Semley scored Houghton’s goals.
Liam Owen got two of the goals as nine man Dodworth Miners Welfare won 3-1 at Jon Wragg’s Ecclesfield Red Rose 1915.
Sharp-shooter Owen and Simon Rogers put Dodworth in an unassailable lead going into the last ten minutes.
Danny Cawley was then sent off and Rogers was chucked into the sin bin.
With Dodworth down on bodies, Ecclesfield took advantage and Ed Bollington scored a consolation.
Division One
Karl Rose’s Wombwell Town had the perfect weekend.

Former Worsbrough Bridge striker Brad Kerr found the net twice for Wombwell.
Brodie Cooper, Eddie Agnew and Will Harling provided the gloss.
One downside for Wombwell was Declan Cocking’s late red card.
