Defender Elliot Murray has signed for Brighouse from Mickleover Sports.
Striker Redmond Lee has been out of the game for two years – he previously played for Guiseley’s academy where he was a very prolific goal-scorer.
He has played for Scarborough Athletic on the Non League circuit.
The other good news for Vill Powell is that star striker Laurence Sorhaindo started the Shildon game after a spell out injured.
Zeph Thomas, another player who has been on the side-lines, was on the bench.
