Eccleshill’s Talent Ndlovu

Talent Ndlovu’s hat-trick helped Eccleshill United reclaim second spot ahead of Saturday’s huge showdown with promotion rivals Garforth Town.

Ndlovu scored two penalties and one smashed strike as Eccleshill United won 4-1 against relegation-threatened local rivals Albion Sports.

Ndlovu also provided the cross for Luke Aldrich’s headed goal.

Aran Basi scored for Albion.

Kane Swinburn scored for Emley

Richard Tracey’s Emley AFC staged a late comeback to win 3-1 at basement side Athersley Rec.

Nico Georgiou-Nicola set Athersley up for a shock until Kane Swinburn equalised in the 75th minute.

Donae Lawrence and Alex Metcalfe hit the late goals.

Silsden lost 2-1 at Sherwood Colliery – Antony Brown found the net.

Division One 

North Ferriby manager Chris Bolder

North Ferriby kept the heat on leaders Hallam with the 2-1 win over Rainworth Miners Welfare.

An own goal and Danny Emerton guided Ferriby to their victory.

Hall Road Rangers were hammered 5-1 at Dronfield Town.

Joe McFadyen scored a consolation goal.

Swallownest drew 0-0 at Teversal.
