Penistone join Staveley Miners Welfare, Grimsby Borough and Nathan Jarman’s Barton Town in the last four.
Steve Lenthall’s men won 4-0 at Bottesford Town to book their place.
High opened the scoring in the fifth minute before finding the net two more times before the hour.
Nathan Keightley then added the fourth.

Marcus Harper scored the late equaliser as Albion Sports edged nearer to safety with the 2-2 draw with Handsworth.
Albion took the lead through Robbie Fox but that advantage was wiped out by Jimmy Eyles and Leon Howarth (penalty).
Harper popped up with the equaliser with seven minutes to go.
