Eccleshill visit relegated Athersley Rec, bidding to secure the runners-up.
Second place will either win them promotion or send them into a play-off final with a team finishing third bottom at Step 4.
Should they draw or lose then Garforth Town can snatch second place if they win at AFC Mansfield.
Winterton Rangers can only finish second if they win at Maltby Main and Eccleshill lose.
