Garforth Town will host Premier Division champions Grimsby Borough on Wednesday, bidding to reach the League Cup Final at the Keepmoat Stadium.
Garforth booked their passage to the semi-final after winning 4-3 at Bottesford Town.
The contest was not as close as the score-line suggests.
Garforth were cruising at 4-0 until the latter stages.
Charlie Marshall (2), Hass Gorji and Alex Zachariou scored the goals.
Bottesford pulled one back in the 81st minute before scoring twice in stoppage time.
