Terry Simon has added more firepower to his EV2 Sheffield & Hallamshire County Senior League Representative side for the mouthwatering Brian Bradley Charity Cup showdown with Wakefield AFC on Friday night at Wombwell Town. (kick off 7pm).
Penistone Church Reserves star Jack Moore is the latest addition to the side.
His inclusion is bound to send shivers down the spines of Wakefield players and fans.
Prized asset Moore was part of the Penistone team who stunned Wakey in the Friday night back in October so Simon will be hoping that is a sign that his ‘All Stars’ can spring a surprise result.
The bad news is that Dodworth Miners Welfare striker Jack Owen has withdrawn from the squad after pulling his hamstring in the final day clash with Wakefield on Saturday.
One further player is expected to be confirmed before Friday.
Admission is £2 and all proceeds will go to the league’s men’s mental health partner #ItsOkToTalk which raises money for the Samaritans and Barnsley-based community group Project 14.
