Simon Parkes has made his first signing since becoming the permanent manager of Knaresborough Town.
Defender Harry Clark is returning to Manse Lane after a spell with local rivals Harrogate Railway.
Clark made 17 league appearances last season.
Parkes has also appointed his assistant manager.
Tom Evans was previously the club’s reserve team manager until last year and he will assist Parkes and first team Colin Heath.
