Toolstation NCEL Division One-bound Horbury Town have strengthened their management team as they prepare for Step 6 football.
Manager Darren Barnes has appointed Hunslet Club chief Glenn Thornton as his first team coach.
Thornton will work alongside Barnes and his assistant Matthew Mosalski.
Thornton said: “The opportunity to continue and develop myself as a coach at Step 6 level was very difficult to turn down.
“I can bring a vast range of knowledge and enthusiasm to the role and am very much looking forward to working alongside Moz and Barnesy to progress this club further.
“I am eager to develop the current squad, along with the new players at the club and also develop myself as a person”.
The appointment means Hunslet are searching for a new manager.
