FC Halifax Town have signed a new centre-back on a permanent deal from Hull City.
Festus Arthur strengthens Halifax’s defence and brings good pedigree to The Shay.
Arthur made his name playing for Stockport County during the 2019/20 campaign.
His performances earned him a three-year deal at Hull.
His only appearances for Hull were in the EFL Trophy and he spent part of last season on loan at Barrow.
