Another ex-Scarborough Athletic manager is back in the game after Belper Town announced their replacement for Grant Black.
Steve Kittrick has taken charge of the Derbyshire-based side whose search for Black’s successor ends after less than a week.
His comeback follows Pickering Town’s appointment of Rudy Funk as their new chief.
Kittrick, who has won promotions with Guiseley and Scarborough Athletic, has been out of the game since his brief stint back at Guiseley at the end of last season.
Former Athersley Rec and Hemsworth Miners Welfare chief Luke Potter, the ex-Barnsley defender, will be his assistant.
Potter assisted Kittrick at Matlock Town and during his brief return to Guiseley.
Kittrick told Belper’s website: “I’m looking forward to getting started tomorrow.
“Belper is a well-run club with fantastic facilities. The fan base is excellent so I would like to ask you all to get behind the lads and help us get out of the sticky patch we seem to find ourselves.
“We want to push on up the table towards the play-off positions.”
