Toolstation NCEL Division One
Newcomers Campion have appointed former Eccleshill assistant boss Hayden Lobley as their new first team coach.
Lobley joins with Campion are less than two months away from starting their historic inaugural campaign in the NCEL. He will work with manager James Bicknell and assistant Dan Brown, the former Albion Sports centre-back.
Lobley was Mark Greaves’ number two at Eccleshill last season and has previously played in the NCEL for the likes of Liversedge and Garforth Town.
Campion kick off their pre-season friendly schedule on Thursday 7th July with a game against the ExPro Academy.
They then face the likes of Harrogate Railway, Thackley, Beeston St Anthonys, Silsden, Brighouse Town and Liversedge.
Interesting acquisition by Campion. Clever move to bring someone in with experience of the NCEL.
