Midfielder Andrew Davis has finally completed his return to Nostell Miners Welfare.
Experienced Davis has been angling to re-sign for Nostell since the end of pre-season, but then-manager Graham Nicholas wanted younger players.
The midfielder was a member of Nostell’s last season and he fits the criteria that chairman Kev Allsop wants Nostell’s players to meet. Allsop wants loyalty and passion for the club from their players.
Nostell do need to bring in a couple of players as at least six departed after Nicholas handed in his resignation last week. Jake Mason and Alex Stacey have now joined Parkgate.
