Pickering Town enjoyed a superb 3-1 victory at top Northern League outfit Consett.

Ryan Blott’s double and Nathan Kamara’s single goal propelled Pickering into the next round.

Hall Road Rangers got there in the end during the epic 4-3 victory at Silsden.

Extra-time was needed after Chris Spinks’ brace was cancelled out. Danny Norton put Hall Road ahead again before Silsden equalised for the third time. Eventually Scott Phillips got the winner.

In the Toolstation NCEL Premier Division, birthday boy Jon Froggatt took home the match-ball after Handsworth Parramore’s 5-1 win over Parkgate at Sandy Lane.

His efforts were backed up by Kieran Wells and Simon Harrison. Scott Wesley got Parkgate’s goal.

Athersley Rec and Barton Town Old Boys shared the points in a goal-less draw.
