Liam Flanagan struck the decisive blow as Selby Town defeated their former manager Dave Ricardo’s Hall Road Rangers.
Selby turned a half-time deficit to win 2-1 in North Yorkshire. Josh Batty broke the deadlock as the interval approached, serving only to make Nigel Emery and Graham Hodder successfully work their magic during the team-talk.
Josh O’Neill equalised within two minutes of the second half starting and Flanagan won it on the hour mark.
Jake Currie secured Hallam a vital solitary goal win over promotion rivals Pontefract Collieries.
Leaders AFC Emley stormed to a 9-2 victory at Nostell Miners Welfare. Kieran Ryan and Ash Flynn both hit hat-tricks. Flynn also missed a penalty. The other scorers for Emley were Liam Schofield, Aaron Joseph and Tom Brennan.
Jason Stokes, Lee Holmes and Lewis Szanto scored in quick succession in Rossington Main’s 3-0 win at Shirebrook Town.
Glasshoughton Welfare secured back-to-back wins with a 4-0 smashing of Dronfield at Leeds Road. Andy Horbury, Nathan Keightley (2) and Ryan Poskitt scored.
Yorkshire Amateur won 4-2 at Knaresborough Town – Carl Heard scored two goals against his old team. Freddie Swales and Craig Maynard were also on the score-sheet. Colin Heath scored for Knaresborough.
Campion were 5-0 winners at Worsbrough Bridge.
