Simon Harrison gave Handsworth Parramore the lead against Parkgate

Handsworth Parramore did not look like a team which had not played for a month when they beat Parkgate 5-3.

With new assistant managers Jason Dodsworth and Dean Bamforth watching on, Parramore stormed into a 5-1 lead by the 55th minute.

Simon Harrison (penalty), Charlie Dawes, Gareth Griffiths (2) and Danny Buttle scored. Ben Thornton (2) and Sam Thornton struck for Parkgate.

Albion Sports ended a poor run by winning 3-2 at Hemsworth Miners Welfare. Albion’s goals were scored by Danny Facey (2) and Omar Habeeb. Cameron Clark’s worldie and an own goal from Temour Khan were on Hemsworth’s score-sheet.

Chris Jenkinson’s first half strike guided Bridlington Town to a single goal win over AFC Mansfield.
