Brighouse Town centre-back Alex Low is Grant Black’s second summer signing at Ossett Town.

The former Harrogate Railway, Wembley and Glasshoughton Welfare defender follows Kai Hancock through the door at Ingfield.

“He fits the bill perfect for us as a player, he has all the attributes we want,” said Black, Non League Yorkshire’s manager of the year.

“I have met with Alex before signing him, he is a great lad and will fit into our dressing room perfectly, he asked all the right questions you look for from a player.

“He was very keen to know about the club and not about money which is often the first question I am asked.

“He is a player who is hungry to succeed at this level. I have every confidence he will be a great signing for us and we look forward to working with him.”
