Rory Coleman has returned to Stocksbridge Park Steels with a bang after scoring the penalty which has kick-started his new side’s season.

Coleman, who was a key man for Stocksbridge two seasons ago, slotted home a penalty on 38 minutes to end Stocksbridge’s fruitless start to the season.

It was a tight affair which saw Steels goalkeeper David Reay earn some plaudits for a number of good saves.

Frickley Athletic went down 2-0 at Alvechurch who remain unbeaten.
