Great away win for Nicholas’ Parkgate

Kieran Hirst’s double helped Parkgate win at Harrogate Railway who lost 3-2 for the third successive match.

Hirst and Danny Harris scored to ensure ‘Gate picked up their second win of the season.

The finish to the clash was made nervy by Mendes Dionisio and Sidney Santos scoring late-on for Railway.

The official Bill Gill era at Hall Road Rangers began with a 2-2 draw at Bottesford Town. A Chris Spinks penalty gave Road the lead before Bottesford took control. Josh Batty secured a late point for Rangers.

Pickering Town were denied top spot after Omar Habeeb’s penalty earned Albion Sports a 2-2 draw.

Danny Facey did put Albion in front before Lewis Taylor and Ryan Blott moved Pickering into a winning position.
